Immersive PX London will consist of two days of carefully curated workshops, masterclasses, intimate firesides and facilitated discussions, all focused on the adoption of product-led PX and progressive People practices. This experience is for just 40 attendees… yes, only 4-0! 😱

The “Ideal Attendee Profile” (IAP) would be a Strategic People Lead (HoP, CPO, VP People etc) working in a growing scale-up / SMB with a headcount 50 - 500. It’s important for the experience of all attendees that we have people in the room who share similar stages, contexts and challenges. Our incredible facilitators will lead you through specially designed immersive workshops focused on core concepts, frameworks, and strategic plays to help you implement product-led PX practices in your People team, deliver more impact, and take a step towards to c-suite. If our previous events are anything to go by these sessions will include: AHA moments, paper planes, card games, post-it notes and AI (obviously AI - it’s 2025 for goodness sake).
We will also have a handful of special guest speakers in addition to our facilitators who will join us for some intimate fireside panel’s and AMA’s all geared around giving you access to People Leaders who walk the walk when it comes to PX as a Product.

After wrapping up our Immersive PX Learning Experience, we’re keeping the energy going with a casual social hang-out – open to both our immersive attendees, facilitators and the wider London PX community.
Expect good people, great conversations, and chilled vibes as we come together to celebrate the power of community. There will be food, drinks, games and great people, your people!

Nope. Sorry! This is an event for People/HR practitioners only. It’s really important to protect the space and make sure this is a community experience for all who attend. All purchases from sales representatives or individuals who aren’t a close match to the ideal attendee profile will be rejected and refunded. See FAQ “Who is Immersive PX for” for more info on the ideal attendee profile.

Yes, absolutely - you can transfer your ticket to another attendee providing they meet the Ideal Attendee Profile criteria (see FAQ “Who is Immersive PX for” for more info on the ideal attendee profile). Please email info@sapienx.co.uk with the details of the new attendee at least 14 days prior to the experience. If you aren’t able to reallocate your ticket to a qualifying IAP, you will be eligible for a refund assuming you have made the request up to 28 days before the experience. Refund requests within 28 days of the event will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
None whatsoever! Please come in whatever you feel comfortable in, but clothes of some kind are mandatory... it’s not that kind of gathering.
